A man named Doc Mitchell in New Vegas was your point of contact\, who seems to think that the NCR has gotten in over their heads with something they don’t fully understand. Strange tech and weird mutations become more abundant the closer you get to the canyon\, only adding to the mystery of the growing conflict in the canyon. Can you figure out what is going on?
